About our service

AI Tutor Code is a trading name of DoubleMDevelopment Fz LLC, a company registered in the UAE. We provide private 1-on-1 online tutoring in Python, SQL, AI tools, LLM Engineering, and Machine Learning for adult professionals, career changers, and entrepreneurs. All sessions are conducted via video call. By booking or purchasing sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our services are primarily designed for adult professionals, career changers, and entrepreneurs. Enrolment of students under 18 is considered on a case-by-case basis and requires prior arrangement with a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please contact us directly before booking.

Session packages

Tutoring is sold in hour-based packages. Once purchased, hours do not expire. You may use them at whatever pace suits you. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Exact package pricing is provided on our pricing page. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance via our booking system. We ask for a minimum of 12 to 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than this notice may be counted as used unless cancelled due to a genuine emergency, at our discretion.

We will always do our best to accommodate schedule changes. If we need to cancel or reschedule a session on our end, we will give you as much notice as possible and the session will not be counted.

Refund policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Unused hours do not expire and will remain on your account indefinitely.

Hours may be applied to any subject or skill within our areas of teaching. If your circumstances change and you want to discuss options, please contact us at michael@aitutorcode.com.

What we provide

We provide structured, personalised coding and AI instruction tailored to your current level, career goals, and learning pace. After every session, we provide a written progress note so you can see exactly what was covered and what comes next.

We adapt the pace and curriculum to each student. If at any point you feel progress is not meeting your expectations, please contact us directly. We will work with you to adjust the approach.

Technical requirements

Sessions are conducted via video call. You will need a computer with a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a modern web browser. Specific software requirements (such as Python, specific code editors, or AI tools) will be communicated before the first session.

A webcam is helpful for rapport but not required. You are welcome to keep your webcam off at any time, and this will not affect the quality of the session.

Acceptable use

Sessions are for the enrolled student only and may not be shared or transferred without prior arrangement. Recordings of sessions are not permitted without prior written consent from both parties. We reserve the right to terminate sessions if conduct is inappropriate or disruptive.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Tutor Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the sessions in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active students of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
